This is an expandable under-sink storage rack. The shelves (plates) are divided and can be removed to fit around the shape of the drain pipes. Although the weight capacity isn't specified, I think it could also be used as a rack to display light plants or other decorations. Please check the photos, as there is some discoloration on some of the screw parts. It will be disassembled for shipping, but it's just a matter of tightening with the included hex wrench.
