This is Hudson's plate brush. It has been used to some extent, and a clump of bristles is missing in one spot. On both sides of the handle, there are scratches that appear to be from scraping off dirt from the edges and top of the plate. Please refer to the photos for the condition of the bristles, etc. I think it can still be used for a while.
