This is a set of six large plates with the famous "Occupied Japan" backstamp, a well-known designation for old Noritake. "Occupied Japan" refers to the period of "Japan under occupation," and has historical significance. These plates bear the backstamp of Japanese pottery exported to foreign countries, dating back to the period from 1947 to 1953. I have collected a large amount of old Noritake and searched abroad, gathering many Occupied Japan pieces. I believe it's very rare to find six plates in such a pristine condition, without any significant damage. Of course, we have never used them in our home, and they have been carefully stored in a room where I keep my treasures for many years. While there may be some minor scuffs, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. Considering the meaning of "Occupied Japan," I feel it opens up the possibility of a future world without war. These items are very precious and important to me, so I kindly request that those who have various concerns or intend to make negative comments refrain from purchasing.
