This is a long undergarment (long-sleeved romper) that came in a Finnish baby box. The colorful colors and patterns unique to Northern Europe are very cute♡ The fabric stretches well, so the sleeves become a little short, but my baby was able to wear it until 6 months old ( *´艸｀) It's cute as an undergarment, or you can wear it on its own.
