Ralph Lauren button-down shirt. The size is S 170/92A. It's equivalent to a Japanese size M. I've worn it 4-5 times after purchase and have washed it at home. I don't see any noticeable damage, but there might be something I missed. I plan to ship it via Yu-packet Post. Please consider purchasing if you understand that this is a used item.
