B'z '99 "Brotherhood" -Extra- R&R T-shirt. Two colors were sold: red (equivalent to S) and blue (equivalent to M), this is the M size. Width is about 50cm, length is about 75cm. After the Brotherhood tour ended, the Extra performances were added at smaller venues because they wanted to do a little more, and this T-shirt was sold only to B-Party members after the Extra performances.
