It has a hook for hanging on the wall and can be used as wall decoration or as kitchenware such as a trivet. Made of stoneware (ceramic) glazed on clay fired at high temperatures, it is highly durable. I received it as a souvenir from a trip to Greece. It was sold online for around 4,000 yen per piece.
