I purchased this for installing cushion flooring. I am selling it because I no longer need it. The blade is attached, but it will be stored inside for shipping. The handle has been disinfected with alcohol, but please understand that this is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been handled by other people. It will be shipped with the instruction manual and box. Please note that I will not be offering a discount.
