At-mini Black Everything from the time of purchase is included, and I believe there are no missing items. I used it about 3 or 4 years ago when I had a sudden lower back pain, and haven't used it since. I'm selling it now because it's been sitting unused. I charged it and tested it for the listing, and it worked without any problems. There may be some minor scratches, but it's not new, so please judge from the photos.
