The device functions and charges without issue, but there is noise in the images (flickering? See the 4th image). The image quality is poor, so I don't think it's suitable for use as a regular camera. The body itself doesn't have much in the way of scratches or dirt. Also, since I'm not currently using it, the power will be off when shipped. It will work if you charge it a little. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. (^^)
