This product is from Tachikichi, a long-established ceramic tableware company in Kyoto. The blue fish and plant patterns are drawn using a technique called sometsuke (underglaze blue). The inside of the bowl has the character "福" (fuku, meaning luck/fortune), making it an auspicious design.
