There are no major scratches, but the hem is slightly scuffed. I bought these at a second-hand store this summer. The shape tapers towards the waist, so I think women can wear them without any problem. I am 165cm tall and weigh 55kg, and depending on the shoes I wear, the hem touches the ground.
