This is an official textbook for HSK Level 3. Audio can be downloaded, so it's also good for listening practice. A red sheet is also included. Purchased in 2023. I've read about 15 pages. I haven't used it much. As you can see in the photos, the corners are also clean. The condition is quite good. I hate stains and folds, so there are no writings or folds at all. There are no fold marks from opening the pages either. I stored it with a cover to prevent folds (photo 12). However, it's been two years since I bought it, and although it's not very noticeable, I noticed a slight stain on the top when I looked closely, so I took a picture just in case (photo 11).
