Thank you for looking! This is a set including Licca-chan, Karen-chan, and Misaki-chan dolls, a princess room, various dresses, accessories, a light pen, and more. Some items were purchased separately, and some are not from Takara Tomy. Some of these have loose stitching, such as the obi of the yukata, where the Velcro is slightly coming off. These items were used by a child for playing with dolls. Since they weren't used very much and the child took good care of them, I think they are clean with no noticeable damage or wear. However, the hair has some kinks because it was stored in braids. The princess room only came with one bed, so I made a handmade futon that can accommodate three dolls. Please let me know if you don't need it. I plan to pack everything, including the main unit, dolls, accessories in a file, and the futon, in the original princess room box for shipping. There might be some missing items, but I think most of them are there. You should be able to start playing with them right away. Please understand that these items have been handled by others and used by a child. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. Some of Karen-chan's accessory stickers have been used, but some remain. The remaining battery life of the light pen is unknown, but it has batteries in it, so you can use it immediately. You can take the accessories out of the file box and store the dolls and futon in it instead. In the photo, the top ribbon on the left shoe with the ribbon is cut in one place. The slit in the back is original. It can still be used, so I will include it. The condition seems generally good, but please understand that there may be other oversights. The box is in good condition, so I will ship it in the box with simple packaging.
