I am using a repurposed item made from sake bags actually used in sake brewing, which I have cleaned for reuse. I have also used the repaired areas as they are. The brim is closer to a horizontal angle than a bucket hat, and is similar in shape to a safari hat or an outdoor hat. It doesn't obstruct your vision even when worn deeply, nor does it hit your collar. It is a unique, one-of-a-kind item. The sake bag (persimmon tannin dyed) is soft, and the fabric is sturdy. The design is simple and can be used by both men and women. (Please check the size.) The lining uses yukata fabric that I dyed with persimmon tannin at home. The brim uses sake bag fabric on both sides and a thin, fabric-based interfacing. No interfacing is used in the crown. Size: Inner diameter approx. 59cm Side crown 8.5cm Top crown diameter 18-18.5cm Brim width 6-7cm Please understand that there may be some size errors as this is a rough measurement taken with a tape measure. We cannot accept alterations or returns, so please check the size carefully. A tag is attached to the back to make it easy to tell the front from the back. Although the hat has not been used after being processed, it is made from used sake bags, so it is listed as having some scratches and stains.
