This is a pleated skirt from ottilie, purchased at Quatre Melange. It's cute paired with a t-shirt, and I loved that the color wasn't pure white, making it easy to match with other items. It also has a sturdy lining. However, the length was a bit long for me, and I ended up not wearing it much... so I'm putting it up for sale because it's a waste. I've uploaded a photo with a measuring tape next to the skirt to show the length when laid flat.
