Thank you for viewing. This is the bezel and belt that were attached to the DW-6697. Spring bars and bezel screws are not included. The reason for the "as is" condition is that there are signs of modification (like scratches) on the top, bottom, and back of the bezel. I think it's not noticeable once the bezel and belt are attached, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I think it can be used without any problems to protect the watch.
