I purchased this item after it had been used once or twice, and I've used it for several months. It seems to have suited my child well, as they would fall asleep while still in the baby carrier. While I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, there is some slight pilling. I haven't used the support straps, but I have washed them twice. The storage bag has some wrinkles, as I haven't carried it around. I'm selling this at a low price, so please understand that it's non-refundable and non-returnable. Please understand that this is a used item.
