This is a pair of 80s American-made Towncraft wool slacks. Towncraft is popular for its ombre patterns, but their other items are also high quality. These have a very large waist, so they're perfect for those who want to wear slacks loose. I actually wore them very loose myself, paired with a denim jacket.
