I wore this dress once, briefly, for a piano recital two years ago. It has been cleaned and stored. Originally, there were a few small red spots on the inside of the skirt hem. They are not noticeable from the outside. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this. For those who don't like flashy dresses, I think this one is elegant and the skirt is fluffy, making it very cute.
