This is a fork with traditional lacquer coating. It can be used as a *kashikiri* (small pick) for Japanese sweets in a tea ceremony, or as a fork for fruit, Japanese sweets, and Western-style sweets. The elegant, glossy finish makes it perfect for entertaining guests. I purchased these at a tableware store for about 600 yen each. I bought six, but I'm only using four, so I'm selling the remaining two.
