This is a wooden step ladder (W Series, Model W-2) from the American brand KELLER, purchased locally about 20 years ago. It was used indoors for interior purposes, so both the wooden parts and metal fittings are in relatively good condition. It's a vintage item recommended for interior design and display purposes.
