This is a boat coat. I bought it for diving, but I'm selling it because I no longer need it. (The tags are still attached. I've only tried it on once, over my clothes.) The fabric is neoprene, which is thick and feels sturdy, and it seems to provide good insulation. I think it can also be used for cold protection during marine sports other than diving. Please note that there are some creases and marks from the parts that were present when I purchased it. I will ship it in simple packaging.
