Thank you for viewing! I received this item new and, intending to use it, I cut the tag and opened it, but I'm not sure if I actually used it. I don't see any stains or scratches. There's no smell of mold either. I've been storing it with other folding umbrellas. It's slightly more yellowed than in the photos, about like the second photo. Although I can't be certain without the tag, I believe it's designed for both sun and rain. The condition is good, but it is a used item, so I would appreciate your understanding.
