I used it as a spare, so I didn't use it very often, but I did carry it around, so the charging case has some scratches. The original box also has some stains. The earphones themselves are in good condition without any noticeable scratches. I have cleaned and disinfected them with alcohol. They work without any problems. All accessories are included, including the original box. I have only used the size L ear tips.
