It doesn't appear to have any noticeable stains, but there is some minor soiling. It's navy and burgundy stripes. It also has a lining. The waist is elastic. I would appreciate it if you could understand that this item has been stored at home. There are no smokers in my family. I do not have any pets. Recycled materials will be used for packaging. I no longer wear this, so I would be happy if someone could use it (*^*)
