This is a Simfe (Shinfe) nitrided iron soup pan from Doshisha. I've used it several times. I'm selling it because I'm replacing it. There are some scratches around the edge of the pan. The internal layer in the photos has a slight color difference due to the oil applied. I will clean it again before shipping. When seasoning with oil, there was some unevenness on the bottom, but it doesn't cause any problems with cooking.
