Approximately 15cm Pipes were essential for Native American people to communicate with the great mysteries and were indispensable at the beginning of the day. It is said that they sometimes served as identification or passports during travel. This is an extremely small size, about the size of a ballpoint pen. In ethnographic materials I've seen in photo collections, many seemed to be about the size of a roll of wrapping paper, so I think this is a miniature souvenir. The materials are realistic, using leather, wood, horns, etc. The beads appear to be glass. Since it has an arrow design similar to Navajo sand art, it may be from the southern region.
