The left stick is broken and cannot be operated. Other than that, the power turns on and it can be used. I have used it in a case since I bought it, and I have also applied a screen protector. There are few scratches on the main unit, but there is dirt on the stick. If you wish, I will also include the case that I was using. (Switch Lite Tough Protector) The charger is not included.
