Purchased from UNITED ARROWS. The sleeves can be tightened in two stages. There are two chest pockets and two other pockets. I am selling this because I have several coats and don't have a chance to wear this one. I think it might be cold in the dead of winter, but it's an outer layer that you can easily throw on. I have only tried it on at home, but it has been stored at home, so please purchase it if you understand that it is a used item. Please note that I am not currently considering lowering the price.
