Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Method [Condition] This is a very old item. There is noticeable yellowing, staining, and tearing, and the overall condition is poor. However, although the edges of the book appear noticeably dirty, they seem to have originally been gold-leafed, so the actual soiling may not be as significant.
