I am the third owner. The first owner purchased it for around 40,000 yen in 2019 in magnolia white. It is made of delicate Italian tulle, which is soft to the touch. It didn't wrinkle easily when the veil was lowered. You can see how soft the fabric is in photo 1, and because the mesh is fine and delicate, it has a very luxurious drape. It's quite long, so it can be used with dresses with long trains. I recommend steaming it with a steam iron before use, or hanging it in the bathroom after a bath, or spreading it out flat in a place for a night to remove any folding wrinkles.
