I made a cute pochette from a polka-dot yukata I received on Mercari. The lining is from my own yukata. It's a vertical crepe fabric with a light blue same-komon pattern arranged in an Ichimatsu (checkerboard) design. The handle is from a kasuri kimono. All fabrics have been washed at home. After finishing, I noticed a small scratch on the front, so I appliqued some kasuri kimono fabric. I tied a synthetic cording in a cute knot on a fabric-covered button made from the same fabric. Size (cm), with some variation: Body: 19 x 23, Gusset: 3 Handle: 2 x 123 I try to make each item carefully, but there may be some misalignment or distortion.
