This is a vintage, beautiful long undergarment (nagajuban) made of genuine silk, featuring a bold depiction of a shunga (erotic art) on a grayish-purple background. Though it might seem like it's for a man, it's actually for a woman! I was also surprised when I encountered it! I believe this is a very, very rare piece. I cannot show the white-painted parts in the photos, but they are beautifully drawn. There are light brown stains around the collar and on a part of the shoulder. There is also a very faint stain near the hem of the right front panel. I believe these are hardly noticeable when worn, but please check the photos.
