Used a few times and in beautiful condition. It's made of thick, sturdy fabric. It has a lot of stretch and is very flexible. There are marks on the hem of the pants as shown in the photo. It appears to be adhesive tape residue. It might come off with hot water or detergent. It wasn't noticeable when worn.
