I received this a few years ago. It's a Buddy Belt harness with very cute Swarovski crystals. Here's the description from the time I got it: "Used about 10 times, but there was some dirt, so I washed that part and the color faded slightly. I removed the charm because it had been chewed on." I bought it to try out the size. I used it a few times, but I bought another one, so I've been storing this one unused. I think it's softer than new and easier to use. I'm selling it at a bargain price for anyone who wants to try it out. It will be simply packaged.
