These pants were purchased at lilLilly for about ¥15,000 at the end of last year. They are layered-style pants (the skirt part and the pants part are attached), with slits and frills at the hem. I tried them on once over my clothes after purchasing them, but I have never worn them since, and there are no stains. The tags are still attached (see the second photo).
