A set of three pieces, the glass, tokkuri, and saucer, is a very rare set. The etching is an arrangement of the traditional Japanese pattern, Seigaiha (blue ocean waves), and gold gilding is applied on top of it. It is a rare item with fewer lines than the Sensuji pattern, and it has a very luxurious feel along with the gold gilding. This work is from before 1936, so it does not have the Baccarat stamp.
