This is an ISLAND dress I purchased in Hawaii. I wore it a few times as a hula costume. The size is 5. Length: Approximately 70 to 77 cm (the hem is slanted) Waist: Approximately 34 cm (flat measurement) My elementary school-aged daughter wore it. It's a very cute dress when worn, even more so than in the photos! ^ ^
