This is a portable sewing kit. I think I got it at a shrine somewhere. It was just sitting at my parents' house. It has two needles, three pins, and a needle threader, making it a pretty solid set. I think it's an excellent set, as it should be able to handle most things with this much. It comes in a shiny gold case with the shrine's engraving.
