Sorry if I'm wrong. It's a clean and refreshing item with a blue floral pattern on a white background. The surface texture is rough. Although unused, it's old. Probably from the Showa era and has been stored for a long time. There is a white spot on the rim of the teacup, but it's not chipped, it's uneven coloring.
