This is a USA-made Chandler lap steel. It has a mahogany body and a Gibson P90 pickup. It originally came with a humbucker pickup. The capacitor was originally an Orange Drop, but it has been replaced with a vintage German-made ERO capacitor. In addition to a very clear clean tone, it has good note separation even when distorted, and produces a thick lead tone. It is very lightweight and doesn't feel heavy on your lap. It's perfect for Hawaiian music, as well as blues and country-style music like the Carpenters. The original pickup, capacitor, and a SHUBB slide bar are included.
