Upon inspection, there were some pills on the underside of the sleeves. They are not very noticeable when worn, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The hanger is not included. We will ship within 1-2 days with simple packaging. To save space during shipping, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about fold wrinkles.
