No boning. It has some pleats, but it can be worn with a flared look. I think it's a skirt that makes your body line look beautiful. It's high-waisted. I used to wear it with a BPN jacket and a Peace Now blouse that I was selling at the same time. I haven't worn it many times. There is no pilling or fading, but please examine the photos carefully.
