This is a 1990s 2-way beanie with a pom-pom, purchased at a used clothing store in Tokyo for approximately 11,000 yen. It's an item sourced from Europe, and I was told by the shop staff that it's a very popular item in famous vintage shops there. The pom-pom is detachable, allowing for 2-way wear. Also, it's attached with a pin, so you can attach the pom-pom to other items, making it a very rare item, I think. It's not widely available, so it's first come, first served.
