This is a Nano Universe Chester coat. I purchased it new in the winter of 2018 for around 20,000 yen. I haven't had many chances to wear it, so I've only worn it about 5 or 6 times in total, and it's in quite good condition (cleaned). It's padded and can be worn warmly. It was a perfect fit for me, at 170cm tall and 55kg.
