It can be attached to the 690 and various SX-70 models that have strap attachment points. It was a limited edition sold by Japan Polaroid in 2003, and I purchased it new at the time. I took it out of the case for photography purposes when listing it, but it is an unused item that I bought and never used. There should be no impact on its use, but there is some fraying on the strap attachment cord from the time of purchase. I believe this is a very valuable item.
