This is a cut-and-sew top from Ef-de that I purchased last year. The shiny fabric and the ribbon on the shoulders are cute! I've worn it a few times, but I've taken good care of it. Also, since it's been stored at home, there are some wrinkles. The size is 17, which is a plus size, so I've listed it as 3XL.
