This is a KATO EF510 Cassiopeia color locomotive. The Hokutosei headmark parts have been removed from the runner (they are included). Number plate EF510-509 is already attached. Two replacement knuckle couplers are included. The product itself is in quite good condition, but the case has some cloudiness.
