The "i" mark can be detached as shown in photo 4 and attached to clothing by clipping it on. It should clip onto most things unless they are very thick, like a sweatshirt! When you press the bottom of the "i", the top circle lights up. I've stored this at home, so I will ship it with the batteries inside, but if the light is dim, please replace them yourself. If you put it on with a red outfit, you can quickly become a Halloween costume! The eye mask has some creases. Also, there were some initial misalignments and imperfections, so please understand that the construction isn't perfect.
